Losing a liter or oil every 2 weeks 200 1980

I have a problem not major one but i would like for any one to shed some light on this subject. I changed my oil two weeks ago topped her right up with new oil, I then drove for two weeks checked my oil and i was down at least a liter. I then started thinking where it is going. I don't have any blue smoke out of the rear end and there are no major oil leaks on my engine other than the oil cap but nothing serious. There is no oil in my air filter like there used to be and the only thing i can think of is it is coming out of the rear end but not burnt. Please help I would like to fix this problem. By the way my PCV is out of order cause the hose broke could this be causeing my oil problems?
