Rear brake overhaul 200 1990

Looking for some opinions on what I should do when I overhaul the rear brakes on my 240. Since I haven't done a brake job in over 20 years, I'd consider all input extremely valuable!!!

Symptoms:
1. Grabbing left rear caliper - not all the time yet
2. Grinding when applying brake - left rear only! - metal to metal

Right rear seems to be fine so far.

At a minimum, I'm replacing both pads, left rear caliper and rotor.

What else would you folks do?
