940 engine into a 960? Any engine into a 960 900

Hello all,
I have the option of purchasing a 960 for very very very cheap. PRoblem is that it has a blown engine. Broken timing belt=trouble with these cars as we all know. So does anyone know of a source to get a 960 engine cheap? Preferably a 95'. Or can a 940 engine be transplanted?
