Hey boarders,
Our exhaust is spitting a black watery substance upon startup. This motor took a big "jar" when it was in our '84 (got totalled), since transplanted to a '83. It has 140K, and the turbo is in excellent shape, I just installed a new cartridge. The spitting is mostly water but it has black in it and shoots out about 12" or so. Any ideas anyone? The exhaust is the downpipe, cat, no muffler and straight out the back, and it seems to have a lot of water in it even when warmed up. This was not a problem before the transplant. HELP!
