1991 245 buyer questions 200

I'm looking at a 1991 245 with 98,000 miles, 3 month warranty, in rather good condition, no rust, dents, dings. Asking price is $4,995. Sounds good to me, but I want to know what to look for in this model year, i.e. common problems. I own a 1982 244 dl right now, is this car going to be as simple and inexpensive to run, and maintain ( even major problems) as the 1982 244. Thanks for the word.
