towing

My high scool called a towing company and is having students and staff towed it the "campus monitor" says to, when you are parked in yellow, red zones on and near school property and if you are parked with anything in the grass or in the wrong kind of space.
this is pissing us off, is there any way to keep a car from being ablt to be towed.
