Grill broke off in the cold. Will a grill from a 1980 to say 84 work? 200 1980

I have a 1980 244 with circle lights any way the story goes that i was laying in bed this morning and my dad wakes me up and says sorry cause he just broke my grill off my car. I was like what and i guess it was like 40 below and it just broke off hard to believe i know. Any way so all the clips on the grill are broken off no way to reattach it so i have to find another one used from a wrecker. My question is i know my car has circle lights but will a grill from a brick with the 4 square lights work on my car or if not can i just buy a whole lighting assembly and all from a square lighted car and fit it to mine?
