1990 740 Fuel Pump Relay 700

I am trying to replace the fuel pump relay on a 1990 740. There is a tray that the cigarette lighter attaches to that is keeping me from having easy access to the relays. I tried reaching it from the passenger side but that is tight also. Any ideas as to how to accomplish this? Also which relay is it?

This is a great board and it will help me keep the thing running a few more years.
