I had to order new front suspension rear bushing (the large ones) brackets because an over-zealous stupid idiot mechanic decided that he did not need to press the old bushings out, but he could just beat and torch the shit out of them inspite of me specifically directing that the be pressed.
Anyway, they are now hopeless and I need new ones.

The parts shop guy asked me if I wanted the standard rear bushing brackets ($45), or the heavy duty for ($245). I didn't know they even had heavy duty. What do you suppose those are for? Taxis? Rallying? Needless to say, stoopid mechanic will be paying for standard brackets.
