1994 940 antenna wiring problem 900 1994

the signal lead from the antenna (gray/green) is intact from the antenna connector to the large white (probably c1) connector behind the drivers kick panel. it will buzz with a meter in and out of the connector but it never arrives at the radio connector. does anyone know it there is another connector between c1 and the radio?
