I flushd out my cooling system using prestone super flush, filled system w/ water to flush again then filled w/ about 60/40 coolant/water mixture. now i'm getting a white smoke from exhaust. i don't see when driving fairly slow or idling but when i accelerate or go over say 40mph. it's not a billowing cloud but more than usual exhaust you see on a cold day. And cloudier than just heat exhaust. I let the engine cool for half an hour w/ hood up in 38* weather after running engine w/ flush before refilling.
2 possible problems:
1)I have a small crack in the front pipe near where it meets header. Could coolant mixture have gotten in there and caused this problem?
2)When I initially filled system to flush I used a hose and filled. After letting run for 10 minutes w/ flush I noticed air had come out and I was about 3 quarts low on coolant mixture in system.
Sorry so long but more info better I guess.
Thank you,
John
