Hi all..going to change the thermostat in my 87 240 as the gasket is leaking.

What temp is recommended for a normally aspiriated 87 240? They come in 4 different temps from what i understand.

160F, 180F, 188F, and 192F.

I run the car in Southern California with temps in the 90-100 range must of the summer. Will be riunning AC with stock radiator.
