Vibration at high speed (960/S90) 900

I am trying to diagnose what is causing my car ('98 S90) to vibrate at certain speeds. When I go about 60-70 mph on highway, I feel slight vibration/shaking. It does not seem dangerous. In fact when I speed up to 75-80 mph, the vibarion/shaking goes away! It is not present at speeds below 60 mph either. Any ideas on what this might be? Thanks
