A/C Conversion to R134a 700

Hi,

Has anybody out there coverted the A?C on an older 700 to R134a? Mine is a 90 760 GLE. My compressor has a slow leak and the system loses about 16 ounces a year. I'm tired of taking it to a shop and paying $75. I've bought the Interdynamics kit. Any special things I should do/keep in mind? Thanks.
