It's too bad those map pockets are so flimsy... broken ones make an otherwise nice car look like cheap junk. Anyway, in my most recently acquired 740, the map pockets are all busted up towards the rear of the door because sometimes the seat belts don't retract, the buckle hangs down, and gets the door slammed shut on them, busting up the map pockets in the process.

Anyone have a tip to get the lower seatbelt spindles retracting properly again?
