warped rotor? 200

I have the feeling my front passenger rotor is warped, the pedal vibrates under foot when slowing from high speeds. Not as bad when just driving in the city. Question is, is it possible to turn a warped rotor, and am I hurting anything by continuing to drive it? Or is it more of annoyance?
