Having some delayed shifting from 2 to 3 and 3 to OD.
Checked fluid level. Was a little high, now in band. Fluid is good, ~4 months old.
Trying to adjust kickdown cable. Noticed that there is no cable stop crimped onto the cable. Not sure if this is necessary to adjust properly. Seems to me either it is, or perhaps it's just a reference.
Does the metal cable sheath with the two nuts press against this crimp? Bentley's shows up to a 1mm gap at with a slack throttle.
What to do now?
Thanks,
Tom
