injector plugged? 200 1983

I put in a can of BG44k and a tank of 93 octane, next day runs rough,seems #3 cylinder is not firing. The book says the injectors cannot be cleaned and must be replaced. How do I get them out? Do they clip to the fuel rail? Plugs looked good, fairly new fuel filter,plugs,wires,coil. Also sometimes the tach gets stuck for a bit,then works fine-- is the ecu going bad?
