what kind of oil?...i know this is a subjective question... 200 1987

I just bought my 87 245 4cyl auto, 152K, non-turbo , live in indiana (it is warming up) and wandered what kind of oil I should use... I know this has been addressed in many threads, but if someone could take a sec and just let me know their opinion of the best possible oil for my car I would greatly appreciate it!
