vibrating noise around sunroof 900 1994

it's driving me crazy!! there is a very loud vibrating noise that appears to come from the front of the sunroof to the windshield. it happens when the car is above 60 to 70 mph, and much more often if the outside temp is below 45 or so. it's so loud that taking a long trip is impossible to remain pleasant. i'm wondering if the noise is not coming from where the wind would/could lift the gasket on the windshield at the top of the roof? any body have any experience on this one. thank you
