just moved and on property was left a 78gt that is all messed, need advice 200

i just moved in and the landlady said in the back of the house there is a empty lot she owns that has a volvo, and she wanted me to find a way to get rid of it since the previous renters didnt move it and in a rush gave it to her. she said she would take some off my rent for my time. well she gave me the title to give to the person who would tow it. after i moved in, i went to take a look and it turned out to be a 78gt listed on title as 242 volvo. the body is in decent shape and it does have some rust with holes on the rocker panel near the rear tires. the doors dont open from the inside, the trunk lid is dented up, and the motor looks like it leaks from the camshaft seal. the car has not run since 1994 and alot of the wiring has been cut and pulled out almost like they were seeing where wires went. the wiring can be reattached it looks like with some patience. the car shows only 122,000 miles. the grill and iterior are in good shape for a car that old. it also has the 3:91 gear ratio and upper braces. the exhaust is shot and brakes. the landlady has told me that if i make an effort to get the car running within a reasonable amount of time,6months to a year, she said i could have it. is this car worth the money to put into it or would my money be better spent parting it out and putting the cash into fixing up my 765ti?
thanks,
joe
