Excessive exhaust smoke !!! 200 1982

My daughter's 1982-240 GLT Turbo smokes approx 30- 40 seconds after it has been started....It idles fine, runs great, but has started smoking with no warning at all........I suspect the turbo so I disconnected the tube from the turbo to the carberator and found traces of fresh oil......can I rebuild the turbo,if so where can i find the kits......any advise will be appreciated...Flats
