How to take apart the flame trap housing on a 960...? 900

Just checked my Flame Trap and cannot figure out how to take the thing apart to get to the flame trap itself.....the housing came from the hose easily and has a small hole on one side through which I can see the trap....I cannot figure out how to take this thing apart...can anybody help ? One side of the housing is approx. 2 inches in diameter with a small hole in the middle, the other side has two outlets. It came off the air intake hose easily and there was no "bajonet" like "lock" as some mentioned on this board. HELP !
