radio 6141 bad buttons 700

some of the buttons on my 6141 radio no longer work (while the others do). is this fixable or it the radio starting to die? for example: the 1,2 4, and 6 station buttons light up and change the channel. while the 3 and 5 buttons do nothing (do not light up, do not change the channel).

is there any place that one can get a wiring diagram for the radios?
