standard trans. overdrive selanoid? 200

I have an '81 240 dl on which the overdrive selanoid has gone out. I have tested the switch and the wires so I know that those 2 components work. I was wondering if my 240 uses the same selanoid as an '83 240 wagon that I have found. The wagon is diesel and has a 6 cylinder engine as opposed to the unleaded 4 cyl. in my 240. Thanks for any help or advice!
