Dash warning lights go on after passing in puddle of water. 200 1990

Hi fellow bricksters.

All dash warning lights come on after splashing in puddle of water and tend to be briter when pressing brake. I would apreciate help in troubleshouting the source of this problem. I was thinking of a ground problem with the alternator or any electricals related to it. I have also heard of certain prolems with the main harness but I have no idea if it could and how it could be related. This problem happens only when going through puddle at low speed (10-25 mph).

Any help very welcome and thanks.
