Shifter lights, some dash lights out, speaker on right side comes and goes 1994

Some lights on the instrument panel, and the shifter light are out, is this a bad bulb or some other wiring problem. Also, the right side speakers come and go with static. the volume switch can be played with to get right side sound back but only at higher volumes. Clean connections? New stereo?
