Still getting excess crankcase pressure 700 1988

I've changed the flame trap, the little arrestor connecting to the intake, the oil trap, and the hoses. I still am getting oil leaking out pass my oil cap (and i changed the gasket on it too). Also, i can't pass the jiggle test. Anyone have a clue as to what else could end this ordeal?
