Info removing Htr Blower,R.S.Kick panel,ect.88/740 700 1988

I am attempting to rebuild a 1988 740 Sedan for my wife. I located the blower but need some instruction on removing the right side kick panel and blower.
As well when I removed all 4 door panels I found all the window motors very loose. Is this common? Thanks in advance. Kelly
