How do I remove my cam pulley? 700 1992

I am in the middle of my timing belt/oil seal change fiasco and I can't get the dadgum cam pulley off. I can't immobilize the pulley to loosen the bolt. How do you do this? I'm searching through old posts now and I've read the FAQ.
