high pitched squealing 200 1984

My DL wagon know as the silver bullet has begun to make high pitched squealing sounds. Specifically when it rains outside or is cold the noise seems to come from the front of the vehicle and happens when I accelerate or turn. I was thinking maybe a belt but they look alright. If anyone could point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
