Change non-leaking seals during timing belt job - or not? 700 1991

What is the prevailing opinion re: changing cam, intermediate shaft and crank seals during a timing belt job if the seals are not leaking? I have the seals, but I hate to cause a problem where one presently does not exist.

Thanks for your thoughts.
