1988 240dl versus 1983 244t 200

I am currently looking a 1988 240DL and a 1983 244T. The 88 has the electronic injection system and the 83 has the Bosch mechanical.

I am curious what the advantages/disadvantages are of the two different cars and known problems with each system. On the surface, it seems Bosch is way more expensive to maintain, but does it require that much maintenance?

Anyway I am looking for advice on which car seems to be the better one to buy in general.
