Question about Seats 200 1983

Anyone know of a company which makes seat covers for the rear sedan bench seat? It's the one that is kinda just molded into the body it seems. The car I have is an' 83 two door 240 GLTi.

Any suggestions, the leather in the rear is destroyed. But the front seats are perfect as someone installed seat covers on them after the car was purchased.
