245 suspension mods 200 1987

Seems to be that time of year, I'm getting ready to do the suspension on the 245.....

I wish to RAISE the ride height/ground clearance of the 245 as much as possible as I often travel on poorly maintained fire roads to get me and my gear to remote trailheads. I would like to get as much clearance between my undercarriage and the rocks, ect. (I'd rather not use the ipd belly pan as a skid-plate ;-) as possible, while still maintaining a pleasant highway ride and well as a spirited ride through the tight twisty mountain passes, yeah.... I want it all.

I have ipd overload coils, and ipd front(25mm) and rear(22mm) sway bars on the way. Just waiting on the shocks....
I'm trying to decide on if I should go w/ the Bilstein TC shocks to the Boge Turbo Gas, I'm really leaning towards the Bilstein TC's as well, they are Bilstein. I have Bilstein on my 4x4 trucks and love them, they take massive amounts of abuse and respond predictably every time.

I'm still in a quandary about the front coils.... I cannot find ANY used coils from a 240 diesel
Has anybody used the "Heavy Duty" (14.5MM) front coil's that fcpgroton is selling?
How much if any additional ride height can I expect to gain?
Will the stiffer coil make the ride obnoxiously hash and unpleasant?
