Check Eng codes 3-2-1 & 1-2-1 700

I'm getting these codes on my '90 740GL Sedan with a Regina Ignition module. I misplaced my Manual so I can't look up the codes. How bad are these and what do I need to make them go away (besides holding the button down for 5 secs).
