Help! car has low power 1989 740 B230 f na 700

Symptoms. Car drive like its running on two or three cylinders. Car shows spark on all cylinders with a timining light. There is no knocking. I have good fuel pressure. Could this be a bad injector? Sometimes the care runs fine, but now, most of the time it is acting as though it is not getting enough gas.

The battery seems to be strong.

Other symptoms: I had been smelling gas fumes on warm days.
