I believe I have finally found not one but two possible sources for the small (shirt button size) white plastic gears for the Odometers. The first is from a fellow brickster, below is a copy of his response to my earlier posting.


"I built a small mold to make these little gears. I have sent out a few of these gears for test. I am just charging a small fee (email me for a quote)during the testing phase. I am currently out of them but plan to make more this weekend. All I am asking for is some feedback on how they worked out. I am also looking for an ODO to put one of these gears in and just run it until failure to find out how many miles these gears are good for.
