HELP ! I Need to get my car off NYC Street Tonight !!! She won't start ! 700

After I left work tonight I made 1 stop after 10 minutes.
In less than 5 minutes I returned and she wouldn't start.
1.The voltage "looks" OK on the dial. Battery is 1 month old.
2.The starter is cranking.
3.Checked fuel pump / lambda fuses OK.
4.There's gas in the tank.
I've gotta get her off the street by midnight "street cleaning rules" in a commercial area. No Parking 12am-6am

I'm all ears. All advice would be considered.
