spark plug wire holders 200 1981

It seems as though there were three white plastic wire carriers for the spark plug wires and two have (mostly) disintegrated. The center one which (I presume) should ride somewhat airborne over the center of the valve cover is intact. Where do the others go and does anyone know of part #'s so I can source them quickly?
