164 with a few problems ( mysterious rumble and high CO) 140-160 1969

Hi all,
1) Took the car into the shop for a rumble noise/vibration that happens when accelerating at about 45mph+. It goes away at about 65-70mph. It also happens when cornering left. Replaced the left rear wheel bearing thinking that was it. Apparently it's not. Any thoughts on this?
2) The mechanic says it's running rich and there's no adjustment to lower it. (CO = 8.8, O2=2.4, CO2=8.9, HC=383).
Any help on this ? Thanks.
