B21A (carburator), Air injection manifold replacement... 200 1981

My son has a 240-1981 B21A engine(carburator). The air injection manifold is leaking and need to be replaced. This part is located just under the exaust manifold.

Very bad.

I know that Murphy's law applies to such occasions; exaust manifold studs awe to break...etc.

Does anyone know if it can be replaced without removing the exaust manifold?
