More power?? 200

I have a 1981 245 DL with a single SU carb. Assembled in Canada. I have low compression in one cylinder. I have done a leakdown test and determined it to be an exhaust valve. So the head will be comming off soon. While I have my head off how much work would it be to put in a different cam? What cams are available to increase my hp? What other mods can be done to this engine to make it more powerful? Does anyone make a dual carb that will bolt on?
