Brake questions 200 1978

My 242 has had some strange brake problems and I am in a position now where I think I can fix them to my satisfaction. There are two main things that are bothering me about my brakes. The first problem being a pedal that changes from somewhat soft to hard and the contact point changes(from at the top of the stroke to the middle). The second problem is the right front wheel locking up too easily, and the left front and both back not locking up practically at all. The second problem is as noticable as the first problem, but the brakes are still not what I would like.
Now, I have replaced the MC, brake junction block, pads, and rr rotors within the last two years with quality parts, and the brakes do work better then they did, but I know that they are still not 100%.
So my question is what could be causing the problems with my brakes? I suspect the brake lines, front calipers and brake booster(longshot I think), because of the strange behavior of the front brakes. Does anyone have any similar experiance, or ideas that might help solve the problem before I start shelling out any more money? Any and all replies are appreciated!

Nathan
