While wife's 244 lights were working fine, the driver's tail lens got crunched. I replaced the assembly with used, I used the existing, working overlay to distribute electricity, now there are no brake lights or backup lights on either side. I know that ground connections are notorious for going bad in rusty tailight areas. I'm a novice mechanic and I hate electrical gremlins.
Has anyone successfully hard wired the lights to eliminate breaks in the elec. overlay, corrosion etc.?
Thanks in advance for all replies.
