Fuel Pressure on '91 740 Wagon? 700

We have a '91 740 wagon (2.3 - non-turbo) that has a complete loss of power between idle & 2500 rpm's - it idles OK. I started by doing the obvious stuff (new fuel filter, tune-up, cleaned the throttlebody, etc.). Within the last year, I have replaced the exhaust system back to and including the converter, fuel pump relay (behind/under the radio), & FI relay. I have read up on everything that I can find, replaced every part that I have read about that could be the culprit (pressure reg-stunk of gas through the vacuum side, O2 sensor), but still no luck. I keep reading that the AMM could be the problem, but apparently our car doesn't have one. Now I am wondering what should my fuel pressure be. I am only getting 25 psi before the filter and at the rack, and I believe it should be higher. Any info or advice would be most appreciated as I really need to get this car back on the road.
Thanks,
JD
