Idle will not adjust to below 900RPM 200 1986

Bricksters,
My B230F is idling a bit high 850-900RPM. The Idle adjustment knob (black plastic on throttle body) has hit the stops and still 850-900. I know idle should be about 700RPM. Something has changed it used to work (adjustment below this)
Any Ideas
