Factory door speaker grills 200 1981

I am in somewhat of a quandary. The original grill for the driver door broke the pegs that go through the door panel. Got a replacement from volvoworld.com, but the style obviously changed to a clip-on type. Any ideas on where to get the peg style grill (tan)?
