Replacing the sunroof seal and motor on a 1987 744T 700

I have a 1987 744 Turbo, with a dead sunroof motor and slightly leaky gasket. It's not leaking water into the headliner, but every once in a while during heavy rain in a hard turn it will let loose 5 to 10 drops onto my lap (or the passenger's!)

I've found sunroof motor assemblies for around $75, now the question is, how much does the gasket cost and how hard is it to find? If anyone else knows of other misc small parts I need to replace along with the gasket, please let me know...
