AC. Leaning to freeze 12. Please advise.

Is this freeze 12 for real? Or is it another in the catagory "to good to be true".

Ive been looking at the offerings at autorefrigerants.com. They have several f-12 offerings. Has anybody ordered from them? Does one need a certificate.

The biggest question is: If the stuff is so easy to use, what is all this bruha about 134a. Why isnt freeze 12 on its way to becoming the industry standard???
